The 5P7 - our version of the first year of production 'humbucking' P bass pickup. This pickup has extended Alnico V polepiece magnets under the 'A' string, correct 42 gauge plain enamel coil wire, wax potting and correct cloth covered hookup wire.

    The 5P7V - the same pickup as the 5P7, but using weaker Alnico II magnets for warmer, more 'broken in' tone

    The 5P9 - the second generation P bass pickup. This pickup has all the same height Alnico V polepiece magnets, correct 42 gauge plain enamel coil wire, wax potting and correct cloth covered hookup wire.

    The 5P9V - the same pickup as the 5P9, but using weaker Alnico II magnets for warmer, more 'broken in' tone.
